摘要
目的:研究心肌梗塞患者载脂蛋白基因RFLPs与动脉粥样硬化及高脂血症的关系。方法:用PCR检测apoAI-CⅢ-AⅣ和B100基因上两个酶切位点的RFLPs;用多元Logistic回归模型对动脉粥样硬化及高脂血症进行多因素分析。结果:apoAⅠ-CⅢ-AⅣ基因上SacⅠ酶切位点的S+等位基因相对频率及apoB基因上XbaI酶切位点的X+等位基因相对频率在心梗组明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。Logis-tic回归分析表明,年龄及S+/+和S-/+多态性是患高脂血症的危险因素。结论:载脂蛋白基因的遗传多态性可能在一定程度上影响体内脂质代谢。
Objective:The experiment aimed at studying the relationship between apolipoprotein gene polymorphisms and atherosclerosis and hyperlipedemia in patients of myocardial infarction.Methods:Using PCR technique to determine the RFLPs of apolipoprotein AⅠ-CⅢ-AⅣgene cluster and B100gene;and using logistic regression model to analyse the effect of multifactors on atherosclerosis and hy-perlipedemia. Results:Relative frequencies of rare S+allele of apo AI-CⅢ-AⅣ gene cluster and X+allele in apoB gene were significantly higher in patients of MI than those in controls.The results of us-ing a logistic regression model showed that after adjusting other factors,age and S+ polymorphism in apo AI-CⅢ-AⅣgene cluster were risk factors for hyperlipemia.Conclusion:RFLPs of apolipoprotein genes may be associated with susceptibility to atherosclerosis and hyperlipedemia
