摘要
在曝气生物滤池中,装填粉煤灰陶粒滤料,处理人工配制氨氮废水,研究了不同温度对硝化滤池性能的影响。实验表明,温度降低导致亚硝化性能下降,低于18.6℃后,性能下降更明显。在进水氨氮质量浓度20 mg/L、水力负荷1.51 m3(/m2.h)的工况下,硝化滤池的阿仑尼乌斯(Arrhenius)关系式为K(T)=19.06×T-θ20;θ=1.07(3 10.6 ̄18.6℃),θ=1.027(18.6 ̄34.7℃)。温度变化对氨氧化菌活性的影响比对亚硝酸氧化菌活性的影响大,温度升高会引起硝化滤池中部出现较高浓度的亚硝酸氮积累。
A nitrification biological aerated filter was designed and used to treat artificial wastewater with ammonia nitrogen. The influence of temperature in the range of 10.6-34.7 ℃ over nitrification in NBAF was studied. The experimental results showed that the nitrification rate decreased with the decline of temperature, especially below 18.6 ℃. The Arrhenius equation of NBAF is K(T)=19.06×θ^T-20(θ=1.073(10.6-18.6 ℃) ,θ=1.027(18.6-34.7 ℃)} at the hydraulic loads of 1.51 m^3/(m^2·h)and 20 mgNH4^+/L. The temperature has much greater effect on the Nitrosomonas than Nitrobacter, nitrite accumulation in the middle of the reactor at high temperature.
