摘要
为了提高制造工艺水平,设计了一种电机成型线圈热压型专用设备;介绍了用于该设备机体的结构设计、受力分析及其强度计算,使机体能满足实际工作要求。该设备对不同尺寸的工件适应性较强,且装卸、维修方便。
For improving fabricating arts and crafts level, a special equipment for hot pressing formed stator coil of motors is designed. This structure design of the main body, force analysis and the intensity calculation are introduced. The main body can meets the requirements in practice.
