摘要
利用真空电弧炉和真空热处理制备了SmFe10.5-xMnxMo1.5(x=2.5,3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0)化合物样品,采用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和磁性能测量的方法,研究了Mn替代部分Fe对化合物的结构和磁性能的影响。XRD分析表明,SmFe10.5-xMnxMo1.5(x=3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0)化合物均为ThMn12型四方结构,晶格常数和单胞体积均随Mn含量的增加而单调增大。磁性能测量表明,样品的居里温度、饱和磁化强度和过渡金属亚晶格磁矩都随Mn含量的增加而下降。
SmFe10.5-xMnxMo1.5(x=-2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0) compounds were prepared by means of vacuum arc melting and subsequent vacuum annealing. The influence of the substitution of Mn for Fe on the structure and magnetic properties of these compounds are investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and magnetic measurements. XRD patterns show that the microstructure of SmFe10.5 xMnxMo1.5(x=3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0) compounds are of single phase with tetragonal ThMn12-type structure., whose lattice constants and unit-cell volume increase monotonically with increasing Mn concentration, Magnetic measurement shows that the substitution of Mn for Fe in SmFe10.5- xMnxMo1.5(x=3.0, 3.5, 4,0, 4.5, 5.0) compounds results in a rapid decrease of Curie temperature, saturation magnetization and magnetic moment of the transition-metal sublattice.
