摘要
探讨了不同齿宽的盘磨磨片对短纤维浆中浓打浆的成浆物理强度、纤维形态和打浆能耗等的影响。结果表明:随着磨片齿宽的增加,成浆物理强度改善;纤维长度保留较好,纤维内部细纤维化改善;打浆能耗下降。对于短纤维中浓打浆,适宜的磨片齿宽为5.0mm。
This paper studied the effect of bar width of refiner plate on the refined pulp quality and energy consumption in medium consistency refining, the suitable plate bar width of the ZDPM refiner is about 5.0 mm for short fiber pulp. New type of plate can be manmrfactured based on this finding.
