摘要 目的建立复方制剂糖脂清胶囊中多种有效成分的含量测定方法。方法用D_(101)型大孔吸附树脂柱富集纯化制剂中的人参皂苷Rg_1、Rb_1、Re及三七皂苷R_1等有效成分,采用HPLC法对制剂中人参皂苷Rg_1、Rb_1、Re及三七皂苷R_1等有效成分进行含量测定。结果Rg_1、Rb_1、Re和R_1线性范围分别为1.88~11.28μg,1.76~10.56μg,0.294~1.764μg,0.752~2.256μg。该方法回收率Rg_1为101.51%(RSD=0.75%),Rb_1为100.58%(RSD= 0.46%),Re为100.29%(RSD=1.01%),R_1为98.64%(RSD=0.73%)。结论本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于本制剂中各有效成分的含量测定。 Objective To establish a method of determining effective components in Tangzhiqing Capsule. Methods Ginseng saponin Rg1, Rb1, Re and notoginseng saponin R1 in the capsule were separated and purified by D101 macroporous absorption resin, and then determined by HPLC. Results The linearity arrange of ginseng saponin Rg1, Re, Rb1 and notoginseng saponin R1 were 1.88 - 11.28 μg, 1.76 - 10. 56 μg, 0. 294 - 1. 764μg, 0. 752 - 2. 256 μg and the recoveries were 101.51% (RSD=0.75%) , 100.58% (RSD=0.46%) , 100.29% (RSD=1.01%) , 98.64% (RSD = 0. 73 % ) respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, feasible and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of effective components in Tangzhiqing Capsule.
