摘要
叙述了某军用diesel engine柴油机大型复杂铸件产品模型创建的意义及产品技术信息库的创建思路和方法,运用CAE技术进行工艺优化,预测铸造缺陷,实现铸造工艺设计—校核—再设计—优化设计的全过程调整。为优化大型复杂铸件工艺技术及CAE研究提供有力保障。
Depicted the methods and ways to create the build up the database of technical information for complex products of some key diesel engine, the approaches are using CAE to design and optimize the process, estimate the defects in casting and realize the adapt of the whole course by the process designing, checking, regulating and optimizing in series.
