摘要
以酒钢宏达公司700t/d熟料生产线的节能挖潜改造为例,详细介绍了该线生料制备系统、烧成系统及煤粉制备和废气处理系统的工艺改造方案。改造后,生料磨系统产量由改前的45~50t/d提高到75t/d,窑产量由改前的648t/d提高到1100~1200t/d;煤磨产量由6t/h稳定提高到7t/h以上。实践证明:对那些尚需生存的小型干法生产企业,用新技术实施节能挖潜改造是有价值的。
Introduced the saving-energy revealing-potential alteration of 700t/d clinker production line of Jiugang Hongda Company, the alteration scheme of meal preparing system, burning system, coal preparing system and waste air disposal system. After the alteration, the output of the meal mill increased from former 45 -50 t/d to current 75 t/d; output of the kiln increased from former 648 t/d to current 1 100-1 200 t/d; output of the coal mill increased from 6 t/h to stable 7 t/h and above. The experience confirmed that for .those small dry production enterprises which want to exist for longer time, applying new technics to save energy and reveal potentical is valueable.
