团聚粉改性对反应喷涂Ti(C,N)-TiB_2复相陶瓷涂层的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Agglomerated-particle Transnaturing on Ti(C, N)-TiB_2 Multi-phase Ceramic Coatings Sprayed by Reactive Flame

摘要 影响反应火焰喷涂Ti(C,N)-TiB2复相陶瓷涂层质量的关键因素之一,是喷涂粉体的聚集状态。分别采用化学镀Ni和溶胶-凝胶TiO2包覆Ti-B4C-C-Al系团聚粉工艺,对Ti-B4C-C-Al系喷涂团聚粉进行胶囊化改性,以强化自蔓延反应团聚粉单元,研究团聚粉经胶囊化改性后对反应火焰喷涂Ti(C,N)-TiB2复相陶瓷涂层的影响规律。研究发现,喷涂团聚粉的胶囊化改性是改善反应火焰喷涂涂层质量的有效方法,胶囊化效果越好,喷涂粉的自蔓延反应越充分,反应产物转化率越高;胶囊化改性可有效防止团聚粉中的钛在喷涂过程的氧化,并对涂层组织与分布产生一定影响,使涂层的致密度和显微硬度得到提高。 One of the critical factor to influence the quality of the reactive flame sprayed Ti (C, N)-TiBz multiphase ceramic coatings is the agglomerated state of the spray particles. Chemical plating Ni and sol-gel cladding TiOz techniques were applied to transnature to the Ti-B4C-C-AI agglomerated particles, so as to enhance the SHS (self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis) reaction of the agglomerated particle unit. The influence of capsule transnaturing on the SHS reactive flame sprayed Ti(C,N)-TiB2 multiphase ceramic coatings was studied. It is showed that capsule transnaturing to the agglomerated particles is the effective method to improve the qualityof the reactive flame sprayed coatings. The better the effect of the capsule transnaturing is, the more sufficiently the reaction carries on and higher degree of conversion of the reactive products is achieved, It can also effectively protect Ti from being oxidated during the course of spray and take some influence on the microstructure and tissue distribution of the coatings. So the micro-hardness and compactness of the coatings are improved.
