摘要
3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG CoA)还原酶抑制剂是治疗高胆固醇血症的有效药物。现综述该类药物的发展概况和作用机制,并从母环、连接链和侧链三部分总结其构效关系,为国内研发新的HMG CoA还原酶抑制剂提供参考。
3-Hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A( HMG CoA) reductase inhibitors are effec- tively used in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia. This paper overviews the current status of researches of the HMG CoA reductase inhibitors including bioactive mechanism and structure-activity relationship of HMG CoA reductase inhibitors in respect of the parent skeleton, middle spacers and side chains, which may provide some clues for further development of such new inhibitors.
