摘要
阐述了工业工程专业复合型人才培养的指导思想、目标及我国工业工程人才培养的几种模式,提出了适合高校工业工程专业教学体系设置的看法,结合学校情况对实现工业工程复合型人才的培养策略进行了探讨。
The guidelines, aims and several patterns of personnel training in the industrial engineering major is expatiated. And some viewpoints on its setting of the teaching systcm in colleges and universities are put forward. Moreover, an investigation is made into the training strategies by taking the reality of KUST into consideration.
