在专业随访门诊中132例冠心病患者疗效观察分析

The Analysis of Efficacy in 132 Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in the Clinic Follow-up

目的:探讨专业随访门诊对冠心病(CHD)患者调脂治疗的意义。方法:选择冠造证实为CHD的住院患者132例,由专业随访门诊专人负责随访,对患者血脂、血压、体重及吸烟情况进行评估、监测、治疗。结果:随访6个月后,各项评估指标与住院时的基线水平比较,总胆固醇、低密度胆固醇、甘油三酯、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、体重指数均下降;高密度胆固醇明显上升;吸烟人数显著下降。结论:专业随访门诊为CHD患者提供了规范治疗。

Objective：To discuss the evaluation of lowering cholesterol therapy in patients with CHD in the special clinic. Methods： We selected the patients （ 132 cases） with CHD validated by comuary angiographic in our hospital. Evaluating, monitoring, treating the blood lipopmtein, blood pressure, body mass index and smoking. Follow - up were done by the persons who were especially assigned in the special clinic. Rasults： After six months follow - up, competed with the baseline, total cholesterol, low - density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride, blood pressure（systolic pressure, diastolic pressure）, body mass index were reduced. High density lipoprorein cholesterol was raised after six months. Frequency of the smoking was significantly reduced. Conclusion： Special follow- up clinic provide the standard therapy for the patients with CHD.
