摘要
利用NX3.0和MSC.Patran建立了某125摩托车车架挂发动机有限元模型;进行了计算模态分析和实验验证;对车架结构进行了动力优化;最后针对模态分析和优化结果对车架结构进行了改进,改进后的整车平顺性道路试验表明摩托车的振动舒适性得到改善。
The finite element model for a 125 motorcycle frame with an engine is established based on NX3.0&MSC.Patran. The calculated modal analysis and experimental modal analysis (EMA) are carried out respectively. Then the dynamic optimization of the motorcycle frame is done. Based on the results of modal analysis and optimization, some modifications to the frame are accomplished. The road test resuits show that the ride comfort of the motorcycle is improved.
