摘要
采用PCR技术,通过扩增蜡样芽胞杆菌的gyrB基因来实现对蜡样芽胞杆菌的快速检测。结果表明,以gyrB为目的基因设计引物建立的PCR检测方法能特异性地扩增出蜡样芽胞杆菌,且与其他芽胞杆菌菌株均无交叉反应,其检测敏感性可达9 cfu/mL,能够应用于蜡样芽胞杆菌的鉴定。
Bacillus cereus is an important species of bacillus genus. It has close relationship in taxonomy with other Bacillus. Commonly, it is difficult to differentiate it from other Bacillus species. In this study, a PCR method for rapid and specific detection of Bacllus cereus based on the gyr B gene sequences is developed. The result shows that amplification gyr B gene by the PCR method allows faster detection of Bacillus cereus, its detection limit is 9 cfu/mL. This method can be used in healthy food control and Bacillus cereus identification.
