摘要
根据GB 17930-1999《车用无铅汽油》和GB 18351-2004《车用乙醇汽油》国家标准对甲醇汽油的各项性质进行了分析测试,测试了甲醇加入量对汽油抗爆性、馏程、蒸气压、热值、铜片腐蚀等性质的影响,以及不同水含量和增溶剂对汽油相分离温度的影响。测试表明,甲醇体积分数10%-15%的甲醇汽油各项性能与一般车用无铅汽油相当,可使汽油研究法辛烷值提高1.5-3.5个单位;添加2%增溶剂可使甲醇体积分数为30%、水体积分数为1.0%-1.5%的甲醇汽油在10℃的环境下不分层。
The analysis of methanol gasoline properties based on GB17930-1999 "Unleaded Motor Gasoline" and GB18351-2004 "Ethanol Motor Gasoline", shows that the methanol gasoline performances at different conditions can substantially meet the specifications of the Chinese National Standards, and methanol gasoline can be used as motor fuel to relax the already tightened crude oil supply. Most of the performances of methanol gasoline of 10%-15% ( volume fraction) methanol are nearly the same as those of unleaded motor gasoline and the RON is 1.5-3.5 higher. No lamination will occur at 10 ℃ in the methanol gasoline with 30 v% of methanol and 1v% -1.5 v% of water when cosolvent is added at a dosage of 2 v% .
