摘要
根据以840D控制系统为基础的数控轧辊磨床特点和用户需求,按照模块化的软件设计思想,利用VisualBasic6.0、VisualC++与西门子开发环境OEM相结合开发了轧辊磨床数控系统应用软件,介绍了该应用软件的工作目标、结构体系、功能模块划分、功能模块通讯配置方法和部分模块的实际应用及实现。
According to the characteristics of 840D -Based NC roll grinder,users＇ demands and modularization design thoughts,the paper develops the NC system application software of roll grinder through combination of VB, VC and SIEMENS OEM IDE. Moreover, the paper also introduces the work targets, structure architect, function modules, communication method with function modules and realization methods of some modules of the application software.
