摘要
在实验室制备了具有同时催化二烯烃选择性加氢、叔碳烯烃与乙醇醚化反应和双键异构三种功能的Pd/Hβ沸石催化剂,并在临氢条件下,以FCC轻汽油(≤75℃)和乙醇为原料,在小型固定床反应器上进行临氢醚化反应性能研究,考察了温度、醇烯比、空速、压力和n(氢)/n(二烯)比对临氢醚化反应的影响。结果表明:在反应温度65℃,氢分压1.5MPa,n(乙醇)/n(叔碳烯烃)=1.0,液时空速1.0h-1,n(氢)/n(二烯)=2.0的条件下,C5、C6叔碳烯烃转化率和醚收率分别为55.3%、16.26%和63.59%,3M1C4=(3-甲基-1-丁烯)异构化转化率为78.85%,且二烯烃去除率为98.87%。
The hydro-etherification reaction performance of β-zeolite supported palladium was investigated in the laboratory by using FCC light naphtha(IBP less than 75℃) and ethanol as feedstock to prepare ethyl tertiary alkyl ether, including the factors such as reaction temperature, the molar ratio of ethanol to tertiary olefins, space velocity, reaction pressure and the molar ratio of hydrogen to diolefins. The Pd/Hβ catalyst has three functions: selective hydrogenation of diolefins, etherification of tertiary olefins with ethanol, and two bonds isomerization. The results showed that the etherification conversion rate of the tertiary pentene and tertiary hexane reached 55.3% and 16.26% respectively, and the yield of mixed ether was obtained at 63.9% when the reaction temperature was 65℃, the hydrogen partial pressure was 1.5MPa, the molar ratio of ethanol to tertiary olefins was 1.0, the space velocity of the mixed feedstock was 1.0h-1, and the molar ratio of hydrogen to diolefins was 2.0. The isomerization conversion rate of 3-methyl-1-butene converted into 2-methyl-1-butene was 78.85% and the removal ratio of diolefins was 98.87%.
