设计了C波段可调光纤Fabry-Perot腔光滤波器,并对其进行了参数特性及影响因素的分析。器件在较宽的自由光谱区内有良好的滤光特性,可调谐范围广,优于绝大部分其他类型的光滤波器,并且具有较高的精细度特性。

In this paper, C wave band tunable optical fiber Fabry -Pemt cavity optical filter has been designed, and the parameter characteristics and the influencing factors have been analyzed. The component shows good light- filtering characteristic in wider free spectrum area, has a wide tunable scope which surpasses many optical filters of other types, and it also presents good fineness.
