建立稳定校外实习基地的长效机制研究与实践

校外实习基地在高等职业教育的人才培养中一直起着举足轻重的作用,开展产学研教育,培养高素质的技能人才。校外实习基地为学校提供了一流的条件与设施,以及企业一线生产的的管理与岗位理念。寻找一个校外实习基地并不难,难的是如何建立长期稳定多方合作的校外实习基地。因此,对此项课题做了长期研究与实践,总结出了五方面的运行机制。

Out-college practice base plays an important role in higher vocational education, in the combination of industry, academic studies and scientific research, and in cultivating high-quality personnel, because this practice base provides first-class facilities, front management and occupation notion. It＇s not difficult to find an out-college practice base; however, it＇s hard to build a steady long-run and multi-aspect cooperation out-college practice base. Based on the above, the paper comes up with five working mechanisms.
