单色光对蛋鸡产蛋高峰期的影响 被引量:24

Effect and mechanism of monochromatic light on the peak period of Laying Hens

摘要 研究单色光对产蛋高峰期、产蛋高峰期排卵素(LH)和促卵泡激素(FSH)在外周血中的含量及输卵管膨大部形态结构的影响。采用红、绿、蓝3种发光二极管(LED,处理组)和白炽灯(对照组),对蛋鸡进行人工光照。白光组产蛋高峰期最短(23~29周龄),蓝光组最长(23~35周龄);蓝光组血清LH和FSH的上升维持时间最长(25~34周龄);34周龄时,与其他组相比蓝光组输卵管膨大部管状腺排列紧密,腺体管腔内容物充盈。蓝光促进了LH和FSH的分泌,使输卵管的分泌功能在较长时间内保持良好状态,进而延长了产蛋高峰期。蓝光组高峰期产蛋率为94%,料蛋比最低(2.10),与白光组相比蓝光组产蛋高峰期延长6周,提高了其产蛋性能。 A hundred and eighty Hi-Line Brown hens were exposed to red (660 nm, R), green (560 nm, G) and blue (480 nm, B) light from light emitting diode (LED) lamps and incandescent light (400- 700 nm, W) forl9 to 37 weeks to study the effect of monochromatic light during peak period as well as concentration of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in peripheral blood and morphological structure of magnum during the peak period. The results showed that. 1) The peak period in W light was the shortest (23 - 29 wk) and that in B light was the longest (23-35 wk) among the four light groups; 2) The duration of secretion of LH and FSH in blue light was the longest (25 - 34 wk) among the light groups; 3) To compare with other light groups, the arrangement of tubular gland under blue light? was tight and glandular lumens were filled with secretions at 34 wk. Our results indicate, that the secretion of LH and FSH in the peak period was enhanced by blue light, which favoured the function of the oviduct and caused the extension of its peak period. Under the blue light, the laying rate in peak production was 94% and the feedegg ratio in the peak period was the lowest (2.10) among the four light groups. Compared with the white light, the peak period in blue light was extended by 6 weeks, and its egg production was improved significantly.
