摘要
介绍了甜高粱原料保藏、发酵制取乙醇的高效菌株选育、酵母细胞固定化、发酵条件优化、产业化开发与副产物综合利用等甜高粱茎汁酒精发酵技术的研究与应用进展情况,讨论了原料保藏、良种选育、运行成本等问题是实现甜高粱茎汁酒精发酵大规模工业化生产的关键环节。
The progress of research and development on alcohol fermentation of sweet sorghum stem juice is introduced, which including methods of preserving raw material, breeding of efficient yeasts, application of fixed-yeasts, optimizing of fermentation condition and industrialization of alcohol fermentation, etc. The main factors for industrialization of alcohol fermentation of sweet sorghum stem juice is discussed, which are raw material preserving, efficient yeasts breeding, and so on.
