介绍了TTS语音引擎技术的原理、安装与应用,并运用Borland Delphi 7.0可视化编程工具开发出了一个能够进行中、英文语音朗读的软件实例,详细说明了TTS语音引擎技术的使用方法与技巧。
the paper Introduced the theory, assembly and application of TYS Speech Engine,and held out a software example, which can perform chinese reading and english reading by visual programming tool -Borland Delphi 7.0, it is explained then of the usage and Artifice of TYS pronunciation engine technology.
