摘要
研究了一种大功率单管LD(激光二极管)泵浦晶体、I类临界相位匹配LBO腔内倍频、高效紧凑结构的全固态红光激光器.利用自行设计的高耦合效率、小聚焦光斑的自聚焦透镜耦合LD,当泵浦功率为4W、倍频红光671nm、基模输出280mW时,光一光转换效率达到7%.
A diode-pumped Nd: GdVO4, type Ⅰ phase matched LBO intracavity double-frequency red lasers in a short linear cavity is demonstrated. By using the self-designed GRIN, which has great coupling efficiency and smaller spot size, TEM00 mode red laser at 671 nm of 280 mW is obtained when the pump' s injection power is 4 W, and the optical-optical conversion efficiency reaches 7 %.
