摘要 逆向物流运作的效率直接依赖和受限于逆向物流网络结构,结合电子类废旧产品的特点和目前国内实际运作模式,并考虑到法律法规的约束,可以设计电子类产品逆向物流网络的一般结构形式。随着各方利益分配的政策倾斜方向不同,网络结构会有不同的变化形式,研究表明,不同结构形式对逆向物流网络效率的影响巨大。构建适合国情并高效运作的逆向物流网络是非常重要的。 The reverse logistics operational efficiency depends on and is limited by its network structure. Considering the attributes of electronic returns and their practical operational model as well as obligations of the law, a general electronic returns reverse logistics network structure is designed. Furthermore, the variety forms of the network structure are analyzed based on different policy and benefits assignment. An analysis is also made in a qualitative way to show that different structures lead to different efficiency. Finally, this paper predicts the direction for future research of reverse logistics network structure.
