摘要
目的研究东紫苏根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱及薄层色谱法进行分离纯化,根据波谱方法及理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果从其根的乙醇提取物中分离得到5种酚性成分,其结构分别为3-羟基-4′,5-二甲氧基二苄基-4-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、没食子酸(Ⅱ)、(+)-儿茶素(Ⅲ)、香草醛(Ⅳ)、山柰酚(Ⅴ)。结论化合物为新化合物,命名为东紫苏苷C。
Objective To study the constituents from the roots of Elsholtzia bodinieri. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and TLC, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods and physicochemical properties. Results Five phenolic constituents were isolated from the ehtanol extract of E. bodinieri roots and were identified as 3-hydroxy-4', 5-dimethoxybibenzyl-4-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅰ ), gallic acid ( Ⅱ ), (+)-catechin ( Ⅲ ), vanillin ( Ⅳ ), kaempferol (Ⅴ ), respectively. Conclusion Compound I is a new compound named as bodinieriside C.
