摘要 介绍了大型钢管砼拱桥整体吊装方案和采用有限元法对整体吊装专用吊具系统的结构分析计算,并以此为基础进行设计优化,分析过程中同时采用有限元静力分析和屈曲分析校核,保证了强度和稳定性要求,该设计计算方法已经通过了工程实际的考验,为类似吊装问题提供了有效参考。 This paper describes a lifting plan and design method based on finite element analysis (FEA) for concrete - filled steel tubular arch bridges. The dimensions of special lifting device are optimized on the basis of computing results. The strength and stability of the lifting device are checked by static and buckling FEA. The special lifting device has been put into use successfully, which provides a beneficial reterence for the similar lifting project.
