摘要 为适应生产低碳钢、超低碳钢的要求,研制免烧无碳铝镁钢包砖。以刚玉、铝镁尖晶石和电熔镁砂为主要原料,研究了结合剂、电熔镁砂和斜锆石对制品理化性能的影响。结果表明:选用亚硫酸纸浆废液和少量固体树脂作为结合剂,电熔镁砂和斜锆石分别加入5%~7%和2%~3%时,可获得理化性能良好的制品。该制品在150t钢包渣线以下部位使用,取得了使用寿命达120次的良好效果。 In order to meet the requests of producing the low-carbon and ultra-low-carbon steel, the unfired carbon-free alumina-magnesia ladle bricks are developed. The corundum, alumina-magnesia spinel and electromelting magnesite are made used of as main raw material, and the infections of the binder, clectromehing magnesite and baddeleyite on the physical and chemical properties of the product are studied. The results show that when sulphite waste liquor and solid resin is used as binder and input clectromelting magnesite and baddeleyite are 5% ~ 7% and 2% ~ 3% separately, the products with good physical and chemical properties can be achieved.
