摘要
针对旗山矿-1000m水平北翼轨道联络大巷的具体工程地质条件,分析了巷道变形、破坏状况及其原因,提出了该巷道工程支护备选方案。在此基础上,对几种备选方案用数值模拟进行了优化选择和耦合设计,提出了锚喷网索+底角锚杆+注浆的支护方案。现场施工监测结果表明,该设计方案可有效控制该类巷道围岩的稳定。
According to the specific engineering geology conditions of-1000m level northern trackage contacting roadway in Qishan Coal Mine, the reasons for deformation and failure of support are analyzed. The feasible support schemes for the deep roadway engineering are put forward. And then some feasible schemes are optimized by numerical simulation. The support scheme of bolt-shotcrete-mesh-anchor and spouting coupling support are proposed. The field construction observation and measurements of the roadway show the coupling support technology can effectively control the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
