摘要
针对烟叶烘烤过程中温湿度变化的非线性和耦合现象,介绍了基于单片机和模糊控制技术的烟叶烘烤温湿度控制系统的硬件设计、模糊控制器设计和软件设计。系统采用模糊解耦控制满足了烘烤过程中对温湿度变化的工艺要求,提高了温湿度的控制精度和烟叶烘烤的质量。此控制方法经稍加改动便可以灵活地运用到其他温湿度变化非线性的控制场合,具有较好的可移植性。
According to the temperature and humidity nonlinear variation and coupling phenomena in tobacco baking,Tbe hardware design,fuzzy controller design and software design of a temperature and humidity control system for tobacco room based on fuzzy control are introduced in this paper. The control system using fuzzy decoupting control theory can satisfy process requirement of temperature and humidity change in tobacco baking, thereby it improves the precision of temperature and humidity control and quality of flue-cured tobacco. The controlling method, which can be used in other temperature -humidity control field when it is changed in some sort,has good portability.
