摘要
目的:评价杂交捕获二代法(HC-Ⅱ)在宫颈病变筛查中的意义。方法:2006年1月至7月,在湖南省妇幼保健院内20岁-70岁有性生活史妇女中进行以人群为基础的横断面调查。结果:对所有筛查300例妇女的宫颈脱落的细胞采用第二代杂交捕获技术呈高危型HPV DNA结果的妇女共计44例,并以阴道镜活检结果为比较,比较此方法的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值,阴性预测值,约登指数及kappa值依次为88.8%,91.78%,91.21%,72.73%,97.10%,0.8067,0.7444,假阴性率2.19%,假阳性率6.59%。结论:HC-Ⅱ法测高危型HPV DNA阴性预测率极高,早期诊断价值很高。
Objective: To investigate the value of HC-Ⅱ for early screening of cervical cancer. Methods: A populationbased cross-section screening study was conducted among 20 - 70 years old women in Hunan Woman and Child Hospital from January to July 2006. Results: A total of 44 women out of 300 screened eases were examined with HC-Ⅱ for high risk HPV DNA and compared with the criterion of colposcopy biopsy. The sensitivity, specificity, efficiency and positive predictive value, negative predictive value( NPV), Youden' s index and kappa value were 88.8%, 91.78% , 91.21%, 72.73%, 97.10%, 0. 8067 and 0. 7444 respectively. The false positive and false negative rate were 6.59% and 2.19%. Conclusion. There is a very high diagnostic value of HC- Ⅱ for HPV test in cervical lesion. NPV is very high. HC-Ⅱ for HPV test is available for early cervical cancer diagnosis.
