摘要
为了科学评价锁阳药材的质量和确定最佳采药期,采用硫酸苯酚法和硫酸蒽酮法,对不同地区、不同生育期天然锁阳与人工栽培锁阳多糖含量的动态变化进行了研究.结果表明不同地区的天然锁阳和人工栽培锁阳不同生育期多糖含量均呈现规律性变化,出土前期的多糖含量最高,出土期的次之,结实期的最低.因此如以多糖作为指标性成分,出土前期和出土期所采集的锁阳药材质量最好.该结果同锁阳药材的民间采药期即5月初出土期采药相吻合.本项研究,为锁阳药材最佳采收期的确定和质量评价提供了科学依据.
In order to provide scientific foundation for the quality evaluation and right collectingtime of herba cynomorii. The dynamic trends of polysaccharide content of the wild and cultivated Cynomoriurn songaricurn Rupr. in different growth stages and different areas were determined by benzenol-H2SO4 and Anthrone-H2SO, method, respectively. The polysaccharide content of Cynomoriurn songaricurn Rupr. changes regularly. The polysaccharide content of Cynomoriurn songaricurn Rupr. in not coming-up to grass is higher than that of unearthed. The content of the unearthed is higher than that in flowering stage. The content in flowering stage is higher than that in fructification stage. Polysaccharide has been regarded as one of active components and one of mark components. When the polysaccharide was selected as the mark component, the quality of herba cynomorii in not coming-up to grass or the unearthed is best. This result accorded with folkcustom by which herba cynomorii usually collected in the beginning of May. A scientific foundation for the quality evaluation and the right collecting-time of herba cynomorii was provided.
