摘要
本文对相位匹配条件下光纤波导中的受激四光子混频(SFPM)过程的模式问题进行了理论和实验研究.所用的泵浦源为波长530nm输出的激光。光纤波导为掺GeO2+P2O3石英光导纤维,光纤芯径为9.44μm.数值孔径为0.13,截止波长为1.17μm.文中提出一种同时测量光纤波导中传播的光波波长和模式的新方法,并利用一台简单的摄谱仪测量了光纤波导中的SFPM过程Stokes分量的模式和频移.实验结果与理论计算基本符合.
A study on the mode under the condition of phase-matching of stimulated four-photon mixing(SFPM) in optical fiber waveguides has been performed. the pump souce is a laser of the 530um output. The optical fibe waveguide used in experiment is a step-index the GeO2+P2O5 doped silicon fiber. The core diameter of the fiber is 9. 44μm.the numerical aperture is 0. 13 and the cut-off wavelength is 1. 17μm. A new method for simultaneous measuring of both the wavelength and the mode of light wave in optical fiber waveguides is proposed, and the mode and the freguency shift of Stokes component of SFPM in fier are measured by use of a simple spectrograph. The experiment results obtained are principally consistent witll the theoretical results.
