摘要
在SPIHT算法的基础上,针对SPIHT算法仅支持SNR可分级,不能支持空间分辨率可分级的问题,通过对现有的SPIHT算法进行改进,采用延迟和多级集合的办法提出了一种基于SPIHT算法的SNR和空间混合可分级编码算法。
Based on the SPIHT algorithm which can support only full SNR scalability,an improved embedded image coding is presented in this paper. It can support both SNR and spatial scalability feature, and keep its compression efficiency and low complexity.
