摘要
目的观察不同年龄未松解包茎内板触觉小体的分布规律。方法收集不同年龄粘连性包茎标本59例,用免疫组化方法观测每例包皮内板皱褶区、粘连区中触觉小体密度,并对各组间差异进行统计学分析。结果19岁前触觉小体密度在粘连区与皱褶区差异无统计学意义,20岁后粘连区中触觉小体明显下降,而皱褶区仍具有较高水平。结论性成熟前后未松解包茎内板触觉小体分布特征明显不同。粘连区触觉小体在性成熟后消失表明该区域触觉小体可能具有特殊的生理功能。
Objective To observe the distribution of Meissner's corpuscles on fused inner plate of phimosis at different ages. Methods 59 cases of fused phimosis at different ages were collected and the specimens were stained with immunohistochemistry to calculate the densities of Meissner' s corpuscle on the ridge band and fused smooth mucosa. The variable of Meissner' s corpuscle density in different groups was analyzed with Chi-square test. Results There was no significant difference of Meissner' s corpuscle densities on fused smooth mucosa at different ages before 19. The density of Meissner' s corpuscles on fused smooth mucosa was significantly declining as becoming elder since 20, but not on the ridge band. Conclusion The distribution of Meissner's corpuscle on fused inner plate may significantly vary near before and after the age of genital maturation. Meissner's corpuscles disappearing on fused smooth mucosa at the age of sexual maturation indicates that Meissner' s corpuscles on smooth mucosa might play a special physiological function.
