摘要
对香瓜茄(人参果)和人心果的氨基酸、维生素C、无机微量元素和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等营养成分进行了分析研究。结果表明,两种水果的营养价值各具特色,其中香瓜茄具有很好的全营养价值,其微量元素硒和钼及天门冬氨酸含量丰富。该文报道的数据为它们的开发利用提供了科学依据。
The normal nutritive compositions and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in Solanum muricatum and Manillkara zapota were analysised. The results indicated each characteristic of their different nutritive value. Only the Solanum rnuricaturn showed that itself with a full nutritive value. It contains the high inorganic trace element (Se and Mo) and aspartic acid. The data has provided a scientific basis for the developmental utilization of these plant.
