摘要
“雷电防护标准体系建设的关键技术研究”项目（2004DEA71070）是国家科技部基础条件平台项目，其目标是在深入研究国际雷电防护技术标准体系的基础上，针对我国目前雷电防护技术标准的实际需求和现状，建立一套适合我国实际情况的雷电防护技术标准体系，为雷电防护标准的制定提供科学的指导。项目执行一年来，主要开展了以下4个方面的工作：
