不同沉淀方法对醒脑益智颗粒中淫羊藿苷、阿魏酸与丹参酮ⅡA含量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较壳聚糖、凹凸棒、乙醇以及自然放置沉淀法对醒脑益智颗粒水提制备工艺中淫羊藿苷、阿魏酸与丹参酮ⅡA含量的影响。方法分别采用壳聚糖、凹凸棒、乙醇及自然放置沉淀法,用高效液相色谱法测定,以淫羊藿苷、阿魏酸、丹参酮ⅡA的含量作为考察指标,考察不同沉淀方法对淫羊藿苷等含量的影响。结果壳聚糖沉淀法中淫羊藿苷、丹参酮ⅡA含量均高于其它沉淀法;当乙醇浓度达到70%时,供试品中阿魏酸含量最高,凹凸棒沉淀法中阿魏酸含量较高,壳聚糖沉淀法中其含量略低。结论壳聚糖沉淀法可作为醒脑益智颗粒水提制备工艺的沉淀方法。 Purpose To compare the effects of chitosan precipitating method, attapulgite precipitating method, alcohol precipitating method and natural precipitating method on the content of icariin, ferulic acid and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Xingnaoyizhi granules. Methods Using the content of icariin, ferulic acid and tanshinone Ⅱ A as index, chitosan precipitating method, attapulgite precipitating method, alcohol precipitating method and natural precipitating method were used respectively, and the content of them was determined respectivelyby HPLC. Results Based on chitosan precipitating method, the content of icariin and tanshinone Ⅱ A was the highest. Based on alcohol precipitating method, the content of ferulic acid was the highest when alcohol concentration was 70 %. Based on attapulgite precipitating method, the content of ferulic acid was higher than that of other two precipitating methods. But in ehitosan precipitating method, the content of fendie acid was lower. Conclusion Chitosan precipitating method could be used as the precipitating method in the water extraction preparing procedures of Xingnaoyizhi granules.
