安徽省高新技术人才需求的灰预测及灰色关联度研究

Grey prediction of the demand of high-tech intellectual resources in Anhui Province and a study on grey relational degrees

文章首先应用灰色等维递补动态模型对安徽省高新技术人才未来几年的需求量进行了预测;然后对各类高新技术人才与安徽省GDP的关联度进行了分析;最后根据预测结果和灰色关联分析,提出了对安徽省高新技术人才优化的思想,并证明了以上分析基本符合安徽省高新技术人才的实际情况。

The demand of high-tech intellectual resourses in Anhui Province is predicted by using the dynamic model with recursive compensation by grey numbers of identical dimensions. The grey relational degrees of intellectual resourses to the GDP of Anhui Province are analyzed. An idea of optimization of high-tech intellectual resourses of Anhui Province is proposed based on the prediction result and the analysis of grey relational degrees. The analysis of high-tech intellectual resourses of Anhui Province basically accords with the fact.
