By consulting related documents and interviewing some concerned experts, the article elaborates the present situation of reforms on basic P.E. courses and the main problems of P.E. teachers of primary and middle schools in rural areas in China and the corresponding measures are put forward, which can be used by the reform on basic P.E. courses and building of P.E. teachers for reference.
