摘要
通过电磁场数值计算对感应钢包炉的电磁场设计和包壳结构进行研究,结果表明,感应钢包炉内磁轭的安装量应在R/R1=0.3~0.4、S/S1=0.4~0.5范围内;为降低包壳涡流损耗,感应钢包炉炉壳分瓣数应为10~14。
The characteristics of electromagnetic field design and shell structure of induction ladle furnace (ILF) are investigated by using numerical simulation of the electromagnetic field with finite element method. The results show that the capacity of inner jokes in ILF should be in the range of R/R 1=0.3~0.4 and S/S 1=0.4~0.5. The sector number of ILF should be 10~14, in order to reduce the eddy current loss of the ladle shell.
