摘要 试从低温、运动两方面来探讨冬泳对小鼠溶菌酶活性,以及对免疫力的影响。以小鼠为研究对象,随机分为静养组、冷暴露组、冷水游泳组,每组10只,进行两个月的实验。对各组小鼠的白细胞和血清溶菌酶活性进行比较。结果:静养组与冷水游泳组小鼠的血清对溶壁微球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有极显著性差异,静养组与冷暴露组的白细胞数量差异性不显著。结论:表明冷水游泳能使小鼠血清中溶菌酶的活性提高。 The research tries to explore the impacts of the winter swimming on the mouse's lysozyme activity as well as immunity from the two aspects-hypothermia and movement. It takes the mice as the objects of study, which are seprated into three groups at random, ten in each one. The three groups have undergone the two-month experiment: the first group convalescing, the second being exposed to cold and the third swimming in cold water. Then compare the white corpuscle and the activity of serum lysozyme among the three groups. The results are that: the first and the third group have obvious difference in serum' reaction to Micrococcus lysodeikticus and Staphylococcus aureus; and then they the first and the second group have no obvious difference in the quantity of white corpuscle. The conclusion suggests that Winter swimming can impove lysozyme activity in the mouse's serum.
