摘要
板栗插条不定根原始体为诱生根原始体。不定根原基起源于维管束形成层细胞或紧靠维管形成层初生韧皮部中的薄壁细胞。愈伤组织不形成不定根原基,其中有些细胞分化为厚壁细胞。试验中发现有极少数不定根从愈伤组织长出,但其根原基起源仍然是维管形成层细胞或紧靠维管形成层初生韧皮部中的薄壁细胞。
The adventitious roots from cuttings of the castanea mollissima BL. belong to the type of root primordia after being induced. The adventitious root primordia orginate from the vascular cambium cells or phloem prenchyma cells which are close to the vascular cambium. The lateral roots originate from the pericycle cells. However,the callus do not form adventitious root primordium,and only form many sclerenchyma. The results from the study about the adventitious root formation of the callus showed that a few adventitious roots break through in the callus,but the originate from the vascular cambium or phloem cells in fact.
