摘要
试验Ⅰ:4只鹅于开始赖抱时口服多巴胺(DA)受体阻断剂——醒抱灵A(50~100mg/kg体重),处理后血浆催乳素(PRL)和β-内啡肽(β-END)均急剧下降,赖抱持续时间从3只对照鹅的29.33±0.54d缩短为7.00±2.26d。试验Ⅱ:6只鹅开始赖抱时口服5-羟色胺(5-HT)受体阻断剂——醒抱灵B(10mg/kg体重),处理后PRL和β-END亦急剧下降,赖抱期缩短至4.20±1.58d,效果比醒抱灵A好,说明5-HT在四季鹅赖抱机理中具有较为重要的作用。5只对照鹅赖抱期为29.20±1.56d。
Broodiness mechanism of Siji goose was studied. In experiment I, 4 female geese were given dopamine(DA) receptor blocking agent orally at dose of 50~100mg/kg·(B.W.) from the beginning of broodiness. The levels of plasma PRL and β END decreased dramatically after treatment. The broodiness days were shortened to 7.00±2.26 days compared with 29.33±0.54days of control group. In experiment Ⅱ,6 brooding geese were administrated with 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) receptor blocking agent at dose of 10mg/kg·(B.W.). Plasma PRL and β END also decreased dramatically after treatment. The broodiness days were declined to 4.20 ± 1.58 days compared with 29.20 ± 1.56 days of control group. The effect of 5 HT receptor blocking agent, is better than that of DA receptor blocking agent, it was suggested that 5 HT played an important role in the regulation of broodiness.
