摘要 对薄壁管在准静态载荷下的卷曲撕裂进行了理论分析,并采用显示有限元方法进行了数值模拟。通过分析薄壁管的撕裂能、塑性变形能和摩擦能,讨论了冲头的锥形角、壁厚以及边数等因素对结构吸能的影响。 An investigation into the energy absorption behaviors of axially splitting thin-walled metal tubes with polygonal sections was carried out. Curl radius and crushing forces were theoretically calculated for the system under quasi-static load. Numerical solution of the energy dissipating system was obtained by LS-DYNA finite element method and compared with the theoretical results. Influences of die semi-angle, wall thickness and edge number on energy absorption of the structure were discussed by analyzing tearing energy, plastic deformation energy and frictional energy.
