克拉玛依减渣及其临氢热反应产物中钙化合物的分布与存在形态 被引量:4

摘要 采用溶剂抽提方法考察了克拉玛依减压渣油(KLVR)以及其在分散型催化剂作用下临氢热反应产物中钙化合物的分布。采用FT-IR、GC-MS、XPS、XRD等手段考察了KLVR及其临氢热反应产物中钙化合物的存在形态。结果表明,KLVR中钙化合物主要分布在丙酮不溶物和正戊烷沥青质中,且在丙酮可溶物中的含量很低;在分散型催化剂作用下,随着临氢热反应苛刻度的增加,丙酮不溶物和沥青质中钙的含量逐渐降低,而甲苯不溶物中钙的含量逐渐增加。在KLVR及其临氢热反应减压尾油中钙化合物主要以石油酸钙的形式存在,低温灰化后的甲苯不溶物中钙化合物主要以硫酸钙的形式存在。 The distributions of calcium compounds were studied in Karamary vacuum residue (KLVR) and its thermal reaction products under dispersed catalyst and hydrogen by the method of solvent extraction. The configuration of calcium compound was investigated by FT-IR, GC-MS, XPS and XRD. The results showed that most of the calcium compounds existed in acetone insoluble and n-pentane asphaltene of KLVR, and few was in the acetone soluble. The calcium contents in the acetone insoluble and n-pentane asphaltene were gradually decreasing, while the calcium content in the toluene insoluble was increasing with the increasing of reaction severity under dispersed catalyst and hydrogen atmosphere. The calcium was combined with petroleum acid in KLVR and its thermal reaction vacuum bottom oil, and the calcium compound in the toluene insoluble of thermal products was calcium sulfate after the toluene insoluble was transfered to ashes at low temperature.
