摘要
本文系统研究了硅(0~2.5%Si)对60W3Mo2Cr4V、W3Mo2Cr4V 和 W9Mo3Cr4V 三种高速钢的力学性能和回火特性的影响,介绍并讨论了W2Mo9Cr4V2Si、W6Mo5Cr4V2Si 和 W12Mo3Cr4V3Co5Si 三种高速钢的性质,及硅在各类高速钢中的使用原则。
Effects of silicon on the mechanical properties and tempering characteristics of three kinds ofhigh speed steels,60W3Mo2Cr4V,W3Mo2Cr4V and W9Mo3Cr4V,have been investigated.Theproperties of high speed steels W2Mo9Cr4V2Si,W6Mo5Cr4V2Si and W12Mo3Cr4V3Co5Si havealso been introduced and discussed.A general rule to guide the addition of silicon to varioushigh speed steels is also given.
