摘要
本文采用硅进行补充合金化,研制成功了我国第一种新型低合金高速钢 W3Mo2Cr4VSi。文中介绍了该钢的化学成分、物理性能、力学性能、生产工艺和使用效果。该钢经1180~1220℃淬火,540~560℃回火后,力学性能可以达到:回火硬度(HRC)65~66.5;抗弯强度σ_(bb)≥3000~4000N/mm^2;红硬性 T(HRC60)≥620℃,550℃高温硬度(HV)650~710,断裂韧性K_(1c)≥430~450N/mm^(3/2)。使用结果表明,该钢用于切削速度不高的一类工具,其性能达到了通用高速钢的水平,而成本降低约20%。
W3Mo2Cr4VSi is the first low alloyed high speed steel developed in China so far.In thispaper,the chemical composition,the physical and mechanical properties,the process of develo-pment of the steel and its industrial use are described in detail.When the steel is austinited at1180—1220℃ and tempered at 540—560℃,its mechanical properties are as follows:tempered ha-rdness 65—66.5 HRC;bending strength 3000—4000 N/mm^2;red hardness T(60HRC)≥620℃;hightemperature hardness(550℃)≥650—710HV;fracture toughness K_1≥430—450Nmm^(3/2).The perfor-mance of the tools made of W3Mo2Cr4VSi is as good as those made of W18Cr4V or M2 withcost redution of 20%.
