摘要
[目的]以3天食物称重记录法为参照标准,对潮汕地区半定量食物频率调查表的有效性进行检验。[方法]在南澳城乡随机抽取若干被调查对象,首先用半定量食物频率调查表进行调查,1周后对同一对象用3d食物称重记录法进行重复调查,对调查结果进行相关性和一致性进行分析。[结果]100人完成调查.能量调整后被选定食物之间的Pearson’s相关系数(最小-中位数-最大)分别为0.31(蔬菜)-0.35-0.53(谷类),被选定营养素之间的Pearson’s相关系数(最小-中位数-最大)分别为0.12(视黄醇)-0.41-0.58(磷),多数结果之间显示出较好一致性,同时也出现部分一致性比较低的结果。[结论]潮汕地区半定量食物频率调查表有效性检验较高,可以用来评价潮汕地区被调查居民的膳食状况。
[ Objective] To validate a Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQFFQ) against 3-day Weighed Diet Records (WDRs) for mlddle-aged inhabitants in Chaoshan Area. China. [Methods] SQFFQ survey was carried out into each randomly selected inhabitant in Nanao County and 3-day WDRs were obtainted one week later. The validity was examined via descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation. [ Results] 100 inhabitants completed the survey. Pearson's correlation coefficient (CCs) with energy-adjustment quantified by the SQFFQ and 3-day WDRs (minimum-median-maximum) ranged from 0.31 (vegetable) - 0.35 - 0.53 (cereals) for the selected foods, and 0.12 (retinol) -0.41-0.58 (phosphorous) for selected nutrients. High agreement for intake of foods/nutrients was achieved along with some low disagreement. [ Conclusion ] A moderate level of validity of SQFFQ is observed. This food frequency questionnaire is reliable and valid for dietary assessment with middle-aged inhabitants in Chaoshan Area, China.
