Common Misunderstandings in Dermatopathic Patients and the Corresponding Nursing Strategy

皮肤科常见病包括:急慢性荨麻疹、湿疹、过敏性皮炎、化妆品皮炎(颜面再发性皮炎)、接触性皮炎、神经性皮炎、瘙痒症等,均伴有轻重不一的瘙痒症状,并有愈后易复发,阶段性反复发作的特点。影响病人心理情绪及生活质量。在实践中,以上各类疾病的患者存在许多错误观念,导致疾病反复发作,久治不愈,加重病情。因此,纠正病人的错误观念,使其积极配合医生进行治疗,有着积极而重要的作用。

Dermatopathic common diseases includes acute or chronic urticaria, sensitization dermatitis, cosmetic dermatitis （facial recurrent dermatitis）, contact dermatitis, neurodermatitis, pruritus, et al. All these diseases have some certain extent of pruritu. This symptom intend to recur after being cured and change according to different pathological stages. Recurrent attacks are common. The psychology and mood of the patients would be affected negatively. In clinical practice, we found that the patients suffered from the diseases described above might have many misunderstandings which might make the diseases attack recurrently and become irresponsive to long term of treatment. The patients＂ conditions became aggrevated. For this reason, it is positive and crucial to correct the patients＂ misunderstandings and persuade them to go with the doctor＇s advice and medical strategy.
