侧卧位在经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术中的应用

The application of lateral position in percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holimium laser

目的:探讨侧卧位在经皮肾穿刺取石术中的应用价值。方法:对75例行经皮肾穿刺取石术的患者,术中均取健侧卧位;已行肾造口的患者直接建立手术通道;其余患者在C臂机引导下,用"十字定位法"给予穿刺扩张建立手术通道,行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术。结果:75例患者成功建立88条手术通道,顺利完成手术,术中均无明显不适。结论:侧卧位下行经皮肾穿刺取石术具有患者更舒适、术者操作更方便、手术更安全的优势,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective：To study the value of lateral position in percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods： All patients with lateral position, Those who had made nephrostomy built up work channeles directly, the others bulit up channels by ＂cross shap localization＂ under the guidance of c arm computed and the moniter of fluoroscope, all calculus were performed by using holimium laser with rigid ureteroscope. Results.. 88 work channels of 75 cases were built up, all patients were treated successfully and felt well. Conclusions： It possess the advantages that patients feel better and operators are more convenient and operations are more safe in percutaneous nephrolithotomy with lateral position.
